SERVICE TECH FOR REPLACEMENT WINDOWS & SUNROOMS... FULL TIME w/ OT PTO BENEFITS paying up to $22 HOURLY
The Service Technician will perform service and warranty work on our Stanek Windows and Patio Enclosures products. In a typical day our Service Technicians will perform 4-8 service calls.
Responsibilities
Must have at least five years of related and transferable experience in carpentry, roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and/or sunrooms. Must be able to use various hand and power tools, read a tape measure, and perform simple mathematics.

Responsibilities
- Locates and loads all materials on truck
- Maintains cleanliness/orderliness of truck, truck bed, truck boxes, job site, and shop area as well as loading and unloading jobs each day
- Acquire and improve skills in customer contact, job criteria, layout, cutting and improvising, measure, etc.
- Responsible for driving company vehicle
- Other duties may be assigned

- Post Installation customer service survey, top score 90% or better
- Online reviews, 30% of jobs serviced
- Product offerings at the time of service for add on sales
- Job labor budgets within company guidelines
