Full-time – 32 hours – Thursday thru Sunday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Team Member to join our car wash team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers. The Sales Team Member will work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a passion for automotive care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive at the car wash.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate car wash services and products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system.
- Educate customers about our available packages, memberships, and special offers.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the service they receive, addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, keeping promotional materials and displays up to date.
- Support the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and staff.
- Assist with general car wash duties as needed (e.g., vehicle preparation, light cleaning tasks).
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A team player who works well with others and contributes to a positive work environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
