Seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent customer service and to promote customer service efforts throughout the organization. Works directly with customers to increase satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
Job Responsibilities:
- Improve customer service experience
- Create engaged customers to facilitate organic growth
- Develop loyalty and retention of customers
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Respond to customer issues in a timely manner
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze customer relations data statistics and share reports throughout the organization
- Provide insight into industrys developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Develop expert level knowledge of Sonnys Controls and serve as support for on-site team members
- All other marketing responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications / Skills:
Passion for communications and customer service
Strong project management skills
Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
Proven experience managing customer service data
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Strong technology skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
1-3 years experience with in similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), Mac (Pages & Numbers)
Job Type: Full-time
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
