We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
- Onboarding: Help facilitate the new employee onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including assisting employees with benefit inquiries and updates.
- Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll data and maintaining accurate attendance records.
- HR Reporting: Help generate and maintain HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and other workforce data.
- Employee Relations: Assist with employee queries, resolve issues where possible, and escalate concerns to HR management as needed.
- General Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings as requested by the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR, is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HR software is a plus.

Work Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday 29 hours per week
