What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BTs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality implementation of ABA therapy.
- Collaborate with families to provide caregiver guidance and support, helping them become active partners in their child’s progress.
- Work closely with Clinical Managers and fellow BCBAs to continuously enhance patient outcomes and drive clinical excellence.

What We’re Looking For
- Current BCBA certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (where applicable)
- Experience working with children or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Passion for behavioral science and commitment to evidence-based ABA practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empower caregivers and team members
- Reliable transportation to provide in-home therapy and client support
