Position Overview : We seek a detail-oriented, experienced Mortgage Post Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Non-QM mortgage process and will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation. As a Mortgage Post Closer, you will review, audit, and finalize mortgage files to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines.
- Perform thorough audits of closed loans, ensuring all conditions have been met with Non-QM guidelines. Deliver complete closed loan packages as assigned.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and processing, to resolve any discrepancies or issues in loan files.
- Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain organized records of all closed loans and related documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to Non-QM products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders and inclusive of communication with our clients and borrowers.
