Description
- Oversee daily operations for the Account Manager Department
- Manage and mentor operations team members, fostering a high-performance and service-driven culture.
- Monitor loan pipelines to ensure timely movement from submission to funding while maintaining compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and elevate broker experience.
- Serve as a key liaison for mortgage brokers, resolving escalations and providing guidance on Non-QM loan structures.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, investor guidelines, and state/federal mortgage regulations.
- Work cross-functionally with the Account Management Department to align operational strategies.
- Conduct audits and quality control checks to minimize risk and improve loan file integrity.
- Stay up to date on Non-QM industry trends, regulatory changes, and operational best practices.
- Lead training initiatives to keep the operations team informed of process updates and compliance requirements.

- 5 years of mortgage operations experience, preferably in wholesale lending and Non-QM loans.
- Proven track record of managing previous Account Manager Departments in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of Non-QM loan products, mortgage compliance, and industry regulations
- Experience working with loan origination systems (LOS) such as Encompass, LendingQB, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and other regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and pipeline management skills to optimize workflows and meet performance goals.
