The Food Runner is responsible for consistently delivering results to contribute to Champion’s Club mission and overall success by coordinating food orders, supporting servers in carrying beverages, delivering meal items to designated tables, and ensuring a great experience and safe environment.

The Food Runner is responsible for consistently delivering results to contribute to Champion’s Club mission and overall success by coordinating food orders, supporting servers in carrying beverages, delivering meal items to designated tables, and ensuring a great experience and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders to guests quickly and accurately
- Help maintain culture, and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving guests
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Check in with guests to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports of guests satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of the menu and recommend appetizers, meals, and beverages
- Handle various impromptu requests from guests
- Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
- Address issues in a professional manner through effective interpersonal communication
- Other duties as assigned and modified at managers discretion
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior experience in restaurant preferred
- Food Handler’s Certification
- TABC Certification
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday
- Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct
- Attention to details
- Exemplary time and resource management including good attendance
- Ability to maintain peak performance during high stress situations
