The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. Servers are expected to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, be knowledgeable about the menu, and work efficiently to meet the needs of customers.

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. Servers are expected to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, be knowledgeable about the menu, and work efficiently to meet the needs of customers.
Responsibilites:
- Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and understanding of customer preferences
- Communicate orders to kitchen staff and ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns
- Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Suggest menu items and upsell food and beverages to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare tables for service, including setting silverware, napkins, and condiments
- Clear and clean tables after guests finish their meals, reset for the next guests
- Handle cash, process payments, and provide change accurately
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and menu changes
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as stocking supplies, cleaning, and organizing the dining area
- Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
