The Steward is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation within our food and
beverage division. Stewards will collect and remove trash, clean tables and surfaces, upkeep with kitchen
inventory and thoroughly wash and neatly store all of the serving ware, cookware and utensils utilized in
food preparation and service.

The Steward is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation within our food and
beverage division. Stewards will collect and remove trash, clean tables and surfaces, upkeep with kitchen
inventory and thoroughly wash and neatly store all of the serving ware, cookware and utensils utilized in
food preparation and service.
Responsibilities:
- Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease.
- Wash dishes and all cooking utensils, pots, pans, also clean kitchen equipment
- Tasked with upkeep, maintenance, and inventory of all kitchen equipment and flatwareInspect kitchen equipment for cleanliness and efficiency
- Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils
- May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed
- Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation
- Other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion
- Must be 18 years or older
- Food Handler’s Certification
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday
- Ability to address issues in a professional manner through effective interpersonal communication
- Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct
