Grooming Assistant / Bather

Champions Premier Dog Parlor in Avondale, PA, is offering a great opportunity for a Bather to join our growing team!

Position Overview:

• Job Title: Bather
• Location: Avondale, PA
• Experience: Experience preferred but is not required (training provided on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Bathe dogs, ensuring a positive experience for both the dog and their owner.
• Assist groomers and customers with various tasks such as dog handling, scheduling, greeting clients, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the business.
• Communicate effectively with dog parents about their pets' specific needs.
• Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues, including groomers and front desk staff (if applicable) to maintain the flow of the business.
• Adhere to cleaning needs in order to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Skills and Qualities Desired:

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coordinating with groomers.
