Job Description:
To assist with the growth of our ChampionStocks subscription service, we are seeking an experienced customer service champion to work alongside our team as an independent contractor. You will have the unique opportunity to represent our brand and deliver a best-in-class customer experience to our growing community of investors - all from the comfort of your home with the ability to work 100% remotely.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service and building customer loyalty. The majority of customer inquiries will be related to our subscription service so the job will necessitate becoming more familiar with the content we deliver in our weekly newsletter.
In the CSR role, you will assist customers primarily through email communication with the potential for real-time customer interaction through chat and social media channels. Phone support will be limited, but may be necessary for customers requiring additional assistance. Your goal is to take ownership of each customer interaction efficiently and professionally, with protocols in place if we need to escalate more complex inquiries to a senior team member. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via email, chat, social and phone to provide timely,
accurate and effective solutions to their inquiries.Use critical thinking when handling customer concerns to offer creative,
practical solutions that meet their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.Accurately log all customer interactions into our CRM system to ensure seamless
follow-ups and easy tracking.Collaborate with team members and share feedback to continually improve
internal processes and optimize the customer experience journey.Develop and maintain a knowledge base for our evolving site and services.
Provide assistance to our affiliate partners as needed.

Technology Requirements:
Must provide your own desktop or laptop computer (Windows or iOS), no tablets.
Must have a connected or built-in video camera to attend internal Zoom meetings.
Must have a secure and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Must have a quiet work environment that is free from distraction.
Location:
This role is 100% remote as long as you reside in the United States. At this time, we are unable to work with independent contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
Schedule & Hours:
We anticipate a start date in early January 2025 as we prepare for growth in the new year. The role will require anywhere from 20-40 hours per week depending on the amount of volume we receive through various inbound channels. While we do have some flexibility with scheduling, we need to align our schedules with the needs of the business to ensure we’re delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Most customer interactions and internal meetings occur between the hours of 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday, so you’ll need to align your schedule accordingly.
Compensation:
The rate of pay for the independent contractor CSR role is $25 per hour.
Prerequisite:
Independent contractors will need to successfully pass a criminal background check.
Important Information:
The relationship between you and TAG Capital LLC is a contractual relationship. Independent Contractors are self-employed 1099 workers and TAG Capital LLC will not be responsible for withholding taxes on earnings while performing contracted work. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against TAG Capital LLC hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
Salary : $25
