Description
The Feeding Champlain Valley Food Hub Coordinator distributes food to households unable to access local food shelves through direct household deliveries and by serving a network of dispersed distribution sites throughout the local area. Responsibilities include working with Food Hub Supervisor to sign up new clients, connecting neighbors to 3Squares and other federal nutrition programs and services and log deliveries into PantrySoft.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of relevant experience from which community service, advocacy and counseling skills or capacity are acquired. Ability to deal effectively, efficiently and respectfully with clients served by CVOEO and with a broad range of individuals and organizations in carrying out all assigned functions. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, access to reliable transportation, and willingness and ability to drive extensively within the CVOEO service area.
