Job Description
As a long-term substitute teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans for our preschool students. You will work closely with our experienced educators to ensure that each child receives a high-quality educational experience. This is a full-time position, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday from mid-February to mid-June. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about early childhood education and has excellent communication skills.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass required screenings and complete background checks in compliance with Vermont Licensing Regulations for Center-Based Childcare and Preschool Program Regulations
- Reliable transportation and physical ability to carry out required tasks
- Commitment to social justice and working with families with limited financial resources
