0.50 FTE - High School Business Teacher, Permanent
Champlain Valley Union High School is seeking a high school business educator to join our school. This teaching assignment involves a selection of core business classes including: Principles of Business, Entrepreneurship, International Business and Financial Accounting.
The qualifications required for this half-time position include a Vermont Professional Educator’s license with an endorsement for high school business. The successful candidate should possess a strong knowledge of the business environment and its relevant technology. The candidate should also have experience with project-based learning as it relates to needs of an entrepreneurial spirit and process.
Candidates should also possess the skills necessary to plan, instruct, and assess a proficiency-based business curriculum for high school students. Experience differentiating instruction for learners with differing abilities is ideal.
