Position :
This hybrid role blends design and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer-facing support and the ability to learn apparel design using creative software. Responsibilities include providing personalized customer service, managing phone interactions, gathering feedback, and revising proofs for custom sports apparel. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and composure under pressure are essential. A passion for learning new skills in design and production is key to success.
Transferable Experience :
Specialty Product Sales, Packaging / Production Design, Technical Support, Junior Graphic Designers, Freelance Artists, Customer Service.
Key Skills :
- Customer Service :
Strong written and verbal communication.
Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
Build relationships with frequent customers.
Responsibilities :
Manage customer calls, clarifying requests and ensuring design finalization.
Respond to customer emails, explaining design concepts and providing updates.
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator / InDesign) to create and modify designs.
