Position
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing historical data supply chain inputs across a wide-array of focus areas including freight analysis, demand planning, network optimization, and product costing. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Compensation: From $95,000 to $105,000 per year

Essential Functions And Duties
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and inventory management teams to gather input and insights to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Analyze freight costs and transportation efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
- Use data-driven logistics insights to recommend when to re-negotiate rates and optimize shipping methods.
- Conduct detailed product costing analysis to support pricing strategies and profitability assessments.
- Monitor and report on cost variances, and provide recommendations for cost control measures.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools to interpret supply chain data and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams in the development and execution of supply chain initiatives.
- Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment on CHAMPRO core strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, finance, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL database, Visual Basic, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, including demand planning and inventory management.
- Excellent hybrid work communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of current supply chain principles, practices, and regulations.
