What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ready Mix Concrete Driver position at Chance Materials LLC?
Chance Materials is looking for reliable, motivated, safe, and efficient Ready Mix Concrete Drivers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver Ready Mix Concrete to jobsites in a timely manner
- Work closely with dispatch to ensure quickest and safest route
- Operate concrete chutes during pour
- Visually inspect mix, slump and load size, add ingredients if neccessary
- Ensure proper documentation of delivery
- Maintain vehicle in a clean, organized and safe fashion
- Perform daily pre and post trip inspections
- Observe all safety rules specified by federal, state and Company regulations
Requirements:
- CDL Class A or B
- Ability to pass DOT required drug screen and maintain medical card
- Must have and maintain favorable driver's record to be insurable on Company insurance
- 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to handle cash and make change
- Must be able to reed, write and speak in English
- Must be able to work variable hours, including weekends and overtime
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds, climb ladders/stools,

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
