Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential clinical and educational support tailored to the individual needs of students in grades K-12.
- Deliver educational and clinical training, evaluate staff performance, and serve as the principal quality assurance specialist.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards governing educational and behavioral programs.
What You'll Need:
- Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, special education, or a closely related field of study.
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with autism-related disabilities and emotional disturbance.
