**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to students with diverse needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in Grades K-2.
- Provide direct subject-based instruction and work collaboratively with colleagues to co-teach curricular subjects.
- Accommodate or modify curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to respond to the needs of students.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
- Meet all state teaching license and/or certification requirements.
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining an Indiana state special education license.
