Responsibilities

- Guide families through the selection process of services, ensuring clarity and understanding of options available.
- Maintain accurate records of family interactions and service agreements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure ongoing support and address any concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service offerings and best practices.
- Uphold company values by providing empathetic, respectful, and professional service at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Background in sales or collaboration within team environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, showing sensitivity to individual circumstances.
- Experience in a counseling or support role is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and documentation.
- Must be computer literate and offer a high level of professionalism.
State of MS Life Insurance License preferred. If not already licensed, must be able to attain.
