Evening House Manager (w/ coverage rotation)
Chances of Hope LLC is seeking individuals who are interested in making a positive difference in someone's life. We are looking for dependable employees who enjoy a challenge and have experience or interest in working with children or adults who have developmental disabilities. The position of Supported Living Staff provides training and supports to an individual helping with independent living skills including personal hygiene, house cleaning, laundry, and other activities of daily living. These individuals are prone to exhibiting impulsive behaviors, poor decision making, and verbal/physical aggression. Transporting individuals is required.
In addition, House Managers will be responsible but not limited to house setup, organization, and maintenance, client specific information and documentation, scheduling (both client related appointments/events and staffing), medical information and medication administration, staffing issues, interacting with guardians and other agencies (service monitoring, monthly meetings, etc).
Requirements:
Eligible to work in the United States.
High School Diploma or GED.
Prior certification in First Aid and CPR, Level One Med Aide, and CPI is preferred, but training can be provided prior to the start date.
Reliable transportation with up-to-date car insurance.
Valid Class E driver's license or able to obtain one.
One-year field experience or relevant degree.
Must have open availability.
