Job Summary : Chancey Metals, LLC is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join their team. Your role will be to facilitate the efficient operation of the Administration department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, making this position perfect for someone with excellent organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a keen attention to detail.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Mange the conference room calendar
- Process and save documents to include opportunity documents, invoices, checks, warranty and closeout documents, trip reports, etc.
- Maintain adequate office supplies and coordinate maintenance of printer and postage equipment.
- Assist the admin team with lien waiver processing as needed.
- Request documents and information from outside sources and record accordingly to include project kick-off detail forms; bonds and COI’s as needed
- Assist and prepare other documents as assigned to include credit references and applications, competent persons forms, etc.
- Provide administrative support to ensure operations of the office.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
