Job Description: Executive Administrator
SUMMARY:
The Executive Administrator is responsible for managing and directing a variety of activities which involves
coordinating with a variety of other functions/departments to ensure that the required support is provided. Maintains
relationships and constant communication with internal staff, managers, mountain mikes corporate and CHG
executives. Responsible for promotional programming assisting the management team with strategic planning.
Provides administrative support to the Executives in terms of Project Management, Store Openings, setting up
Vendor Accounts, Document filing, Hiring/Training under limited supervision. Insures flow and communication
between corporate and brand location in relationship to the strategic plan and overarching goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Support:
• Provides Administrative Support to the Executives
• Supports the Restaurant managers
• Supports the FBC/Area Manager
• Responsible for scheduling/hosting meetings
- Prepare Meeting Agenda, Take minutes and Follow up on action items
• Manage projects and adhere to deadlines
• Assist in reaching goals and objectives related to production productivity, sales, profitability, and industry
penetration
• Facilitates and coordinates on-going promotions with marketing and sites.
• Responsible for making recommendations and suggestion on marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for on-site data management filing system of agreements, contracts and legal documents
• Assists in program roll-out of policy, employee relations and employee training, providing written
communications as needed.
• Handles delicate strategic transitions with confidence, confidentiality, efficiency and diplomacy.
• Ensures office is in good working condition
• Any other projects assigned by team

• Must be able to lift at least 40lbs
• Must be able to drive and have current vehicle insurance/registration
