Job Description
Reports to: Shift Manager
As a Pizza Maker your job is to prepare Mountain Mikes Pizza Menu items and maintain a clean and healthy work station.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare quality and consistent menu items by following Mountain Mikes recipes and procedures standard
Understand and memorize the menu
Prepare orders without mistakes (Become expert at dust-dock, make-line and cut table)
Be able to quickly catch mistakes and find solution
Be able to differentiate between orders: phone-takeout vs paid takeout, phone dine-in vs paid dine-in, delivery etc.)
Understand the Adora POS
Take Customer Orders
Have understanding of the dispatch
Understand Hood and Oven operation
Keep oven and other working areas clean
Ensure proper sanitation of food and work areas at all times
Logging and maintaining food safety temperature control
Be a crew/team member by helping co-workers and restaurant in any situation
Communicate effectively with co-workers/supervisors/managers
Relay Customer Complaints to the Shift Manager
Time Management by using time at work in an efficient and effective manner to complete duties of designated job.
Operation of Prep Equipment if needed (Equipment such as Dough Mixer, Dough Roller, Slicer/Shredder etc. (Training will be provided prior to operation)
Have general knowledge of front of the house functions
Assist in front of the house operations if needed
Check, Clean and Stock restrooms as assigned
Proper labeling, rotation, and organization of product in walk-in cooler, prep room, and dry storage.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times at any and all of the facilities associated with Chandi Restaurant Group
Other Projects/duties as assigned by owners or management
Qualifications and experience:
Good communication
Have knowledge of Food and Beverage industry
Ability to read and fulfill orders
Previous experience preferred
High school diploma preferred
All necessary certifications (Food Handlers, etc.)
Physical demands:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift 40 lbs. as needed
Ability to work in a variety of environments
