Position Overview:
Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group, in partnership with Clear Channel Airports, is seeking a part-time Advertising Specialist for PWM Jetport. This role is crucial to ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and proper installation of the airport's advertising program. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in an airport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean advertising displays to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
- Install advertisements according to provided guidelines and placement standards.
- Conduct regular audits of advertising displays to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Perform routine walk-throughs of advertising areas to identify and report any operational or maintenance issues.
- Escort contractors, clients, or other parties requiring access to advertising spaces.
- Capture high-quality photos of advertising displays using a smartphone for documentation and audit purposes.
- Keep accurate records of audits, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Comply with all safety protocols and airport regulations while on duty.
Qualifications:
- Must have a smartphone capable of taking clear, high-quality photos and accessing communication tools for work.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from PWM Jetport.
- Must pass a TSA background check (as required by airport security).
- Previous experience in advertising maintenance, installation, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Light physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and reaching.
- Flexible part-time schedule (5-8 hours per week).
- Work will take place in an active airport environment, requiring adherence to all airport safety and security guidelines.
