What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Patrol position at Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group?
Security services shall consist of although are not limited to: monitoring all vehicles and visitors inside and outside of the venue, log all vehicles, deliveries, and visitors outside of normal business hours, escort visitors as necessary, secure entrance during non-operating hours, inspection of exterior fencing checking for security breaches, emergency response for fires and other emergencies, prepare daily activity and incident reports, secure inside and outside of the venue, and any other requests needed by Drive Shack management team.
This is an overnight position. The work hours are from 10pm-6am. This position will require a clean and clear background.
Uniforms: Black pants – not shorts (cargo preferably), black CCD issued Security shirt, CCD issued safety vest when outdoors, all black sneakers or boots, black CCD issued cap if raining, no jewelry visible other than a solid color watch or stud sized earrings.
Grooming: All employees must be groomed appropriately. Facial hair and hair must both be groomed. Hair should always be in a bun or ponytail.
