The ideal Medical Records candidate should be exceptionally organized, pay attention to detail, be meticulous about good systems, be friendly with a good understanding of the Medical Records guidelines and process to protect all health information.
The Medical Records Director will also be responsible for ensuring accurate e-filing of documents, obtaining proper authorizations, medical release and certifications for treatments, regularly uploading physicians notes, prescriptions, treatment plans and all other confidential medical information and documents. - Experience as a Medical Records Supervisor is REQUIRED
- Nurse or CNA who has experience in Medical Records (Required)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high admissions healthcare facility is preferred The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines as well as in accordance with our facility's established privacy policies and procedures.
