About the Position
- Your job is to talk to our current clients to let them know we appreciate them and ask if they need help with anything then on occasion forward the call to a specialist within our team that can help
- Attend daily huddle meetings and trainings
- Track all communication attempts and provide detailed daily reports about call activity

- This is not a sales job, not recruiting job, not donation begging job, not mlm
- This position is not involved in the technical side of real estate sales or property tax protesting
- No experience or license of any kind is required
Requirements
- Excellent computer and phone skills
- Willingness to undergo a rigorous training program, daily huddles, direct mentorship
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Eager to receive direct criticism to improve serving clients at a higher level
- 50 wpm typing speed
Beneficial Experience (not required)
- We train from the ground up. Your values and work ethic matter most
- Customer service and/or phone experience is a big plus
- Real estate, property tax experience is a plus
Compensation
- Starting base pay is $15/hr
- After 90 day probationary period, salary and benefits package will be offered
- Optional advancement opportunities
Hours & Location
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
- Off most major holidays
- Both work-from-home and in-office options available
