This position includes answering work phones, responding to Public Safety emails and assisting walk-in customers. The Administrative Specialist provides administrative support to the commander. Administrative tasks include but are not limited to, staff scheduling, creation of POs, Requisitions, ProCard purchases, and reconciling invoices. Create and share quartly newsletters.
