JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll guide the front desk team to success. In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor front desk agents to deliver outstanding service.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for front desk staff.
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure accurate billing and reservations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
