Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Assist with technical support for day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Participate in engineering reviews to identify risks, equipment needs, and process improvements
- Create job routers, bills of materials, and work instructions in our MRP/ERP system
- Collaborate with teams on CNC programming, fixture design, and inspection planning
- Analyze workflow, space utilization, and productivity improvements
- Work directly with quality teams to ensure product excellence
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and teamwork skills
- Attention to data, detail, and thoroughness in completing work tasks.
- Proficient reading, writing, oral communication, and comprehension in English language.
- Knowledge and working experience with MS Office, (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Project), CAD/CAM.
