Job Overview
As an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse at Chandler Regional Medical Center, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art facility.
The right candidate will have 3 full years of current ICU experience. Flexibility is a must, and the ability to float to sister facilities is required.
- Active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Active AZ license or compact license
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation
Schedule Information
We offer contract lengths of 13 weeks, with typically every other weekend required. However, there may be instances where you are needed to work 3 weekends a month if the unit is busy and needs extra coverage.
Unit Specific Information
You will be working in a Level 1 trauma center with SICU: Trauma, Neuro, and specialty devices; MCU: Medical Cardiac Overflow; CVICU: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. As a Charge Nurse, responsibilities include managing patients, staff, and ensuring smooth operations within the unit.
