Certification Details BLS ACLS NIHSS Job Details A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced Tele nurses for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Neuro overflow, CVAs, trauma, general surgery. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months. Active BLS certification Active ACLS certification Active AZ license or compact Dysrhythmia exam required prior to start (2 max attempts) Pass / fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation. Schedule Information 12 hr shifts, 7-7 Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend. Floor specific orientation : 2 days on the floor. Unit Specific Information Tele : Centralized tele. Vents : Airvo / High Flow Shifts : 12 hr shifts. 7-7. Additional Details COVID vaccine is required, or religious or medical declination form (with appropriate supporting documentation from clergy or M.D.). Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Neuro, CVAs, pulmonary, general Telemetry. RNs must be able to interpret EKGs.
