Job Details
The right candidate will have 2 years of current tele experience (including Neuro experience) and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Neuro post surgical, post cranis, spine, CVAs post TPA.
Travelers must pass a dysrhythmia exam upon offer with 2 max attempts.
There is also a pass / fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation (study guides will be provided with the first day instructions).
COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation AND hospital approval.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months.
Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
AZ license or compact required.
Schedule Information
12 hr shifts. 7-7.
Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend.
Unit Specific Information
Ratios : 1 : 3-4
EOW; first to float, could float to sister facility, Mercy Gilbert.
Additional Details
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; Medical Solutions will prescreen, Auto Offer off of Prescreen Recommendation.
Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving offer, through RELIAS, only (with 2 MAX attempts).
There will be a Pass / Fail exam on day 1 of orientation, with an emphasis on sterile field. Study materials will be provided with first day instructions, so please make sure travelers are up to date on proper sterile techniques.
