Certification Details BLS ACLS AZ license or compact license Job Details The right candidate will have 2 years of experience and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact license. Common cases : General surgery, orthopedic, trauma, neurosurgery patients. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE INSERTING IV'S AND ARTERIAL LINES, AND NOT JUST ASSISTING. Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles. Schedule Information Shift is 0700-1900 with standby required on weeknights / weekends / holidays. Shifts : 07 : 00-19 : 30, 3-12's; Standby required on weeknights / weekends / holidays. Unit Specific Information Common diagnosis / Types of patients : General surgery, orthopedic, trauma, neurosurgery patients.
