This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals while providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry and med-surg setting, including interpreting EKGs and titrating drips.
- Float between various units, including ICU, cardiac tele, and other areas, based on skill level and acuity.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- 2 years of current tele experience.
- Active AZ license or compact.
- Pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting within 48 hours of offer.
- Pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation.
- COVID vaccine required or declination form with supporting documentation from clergy or MD.
