What You’ll Do:
Tackle resident service requests—aiming for 24-hour turnaround whenever possible
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, flooring, and more
Keep our property safe, functional, and beautiful—inside and out
Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and materials
Assist with groundskeeping to keep our community looking its best
What We’re Looking For:
HVAC Certification (Required)
Strong maintenance & repair skills across multiple trades
A can-do attitude and ability to work independently
