In this key role, you will support the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining property efficiency. From leasing and rent collection to resident relations and market research, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and well-managed living environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Show, lease, and manage apartment units while engaging with prospective residents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and community partners
- Oversee rent collection and delinquency management, ensuring compliance with policies
- Support marketing and leasing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Assist in move-ins, renewals, inspections, and legal documentation
- Participate in community events and resident activities
- Handle resident concerns efficiently and escalate issues as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in the Manager’s absence
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
