HEAD FOOTBALL COACH NEEDED
Hamilton High School, a Chandler Unified School District school located in Chandler, AZ, is looking for a head football coach. Hamilton HS is a large, suburban high school with approximately 3700 students and a strong athletic program supported by administration and the community.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a positive role model for high school students.
- Respect and foster diversity within the program.
- Have proven coaching experience.
- Maintain and grow a successful football program in the largest division and most competitive region in Arizona while leading a large coaching staff and athltes in four team levels including: Freshman A, Freshman B, JV and Varsity.
- Be knowledgeable in teaching the skills of football, as well as show excellence in game planning, strategy and organization.
- Be a strong, positive voice in the school, through personal actions and on social media.
- Be available mornings, during the school day, after school and Saturdays for productive daily practices during the season and off season.
- Candidates must have or be able to obtain the following certifications:
- NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion in Sports, Heat Illness Prevention, NFHS Bullying, Hazing, and Inappropriate Behaviors, and Covid 19 for Coaches
- Arizona teaching or substitute certificate, or NFHS Accredited Interscholastic Coach certificate
- CPR Certification
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
