EMR Business Analyst - $58 CTC - HYBRID

Location Requirement: Remote or onsite? Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. On-site day one, then 100% remote in the State of Wisconsin.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs for DOC s Electronic Health Record (EHR) software. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with EHRs, their configuration, business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with clinical needs in the Corrections environment, industry standards, current and emerging technologies, and business process mapping, and reengineering. Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 5 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Independently performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Required Skills:

• Maintaining and vendor managed EHR software, performing maintenance, testing, upgrades, and configurations.
• Communicating EHR software configuration with external and internal stakeholders.
• Working with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations.
• Experience in engaging users to troubleshoot and resolve EHR application-related issues.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Agile environment and System development
• Test scenarios, test script development, test traceability and maintenance.
• Working in a government or correctional environment.
• Existing knowledge of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) EHR software.
• B.A. shall have experience with the ability to understand and document Business requirements.
