Job Description:

To support the Project Manager in managing multiple projects and collaborating with the product management team, participating actively in activities driven by the IT unit manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support:
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, executing, and completing projects.
- Help develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Workflow Optimization:
- Work with the Project Manager to identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Propose and implement improvements to optimize processes.
- Document new workflows and train staff on process changes.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with the project team, IT department, and external vendors.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business needs.
- Assist in addressing any stakeholder concerns or issues.
- Quality Assurance:
- Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
- Participate in project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Product Management Participation:
- Actively participate in the product management team s activities.
- Collaborate with the product management team to align project goals with product objectives.
- Provide input and support for product development initiatives.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Chief of IT or the Product Manager.
- Ensure all assigned duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
Evaluation:
The BPA's performance will be evaluated based on their support for project management, effectiveness in data analysis and workflow optimization, engagement with stakeholders, and active participation in the product management team.
