About the Team The Global Open Innovation Studio, Incubation team is looking for an Incubation Project Manager in New York, reporting into the Special Projects Senior Manager. This team is tasked with developing future concepts and testing innovative business models to generate learnings and new capabilities for the House. Our ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in project management and a passion for innovation, creative technologies, and startup development. About the Job In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects that involve launching new platforms, exploring and integrating early technologies such as Web3 and AI. The projects and initiatives will touch on the realms of Corporate Innovation, New Ventures, Emerging Technologies, Client Experience, and Business Analytics. Responsibilities include: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources to ensure successful project deliveries Build a measurable test and learn mentality in each initiative, driving actionable insights for future innovations and iterations Identify, mitigate and communicate project risks to stakeholders and provide recommendations for mitigation Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Work closely with internal and external teams to develop and implement project management best practices Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors Continuously assess the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Special Projects to support the project’s needs around production, insights & and storytelling around experiments You are energized by Liaising with global internal teams, as well as frequent meetings and relationship-building with key external partners Driving innovative experiences & journey design work, ensuring quality, seamless execution, and measurable results Developing a strategy to experiment and learn from unknown territory while honoring and preserving the House values and brand equity What you will bring to the team Strong Project Management background Strong interpersonal and relationship skills Ability to problem solve and propose multiple solutions in a dynamic setting Test and learn mindset and ability to challenge the usual University degree or equivalent Position Logistics Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written French language skills a plus 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the digital or luxury retail industries with demonstrated experience in launching new platforms and technologies Familiarity with Agile project management methodology is a plus Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to be in the New York office up to three days a week Occasional travel is possible, likely to London, Paris, or California What Skills Will You Learn, What Experiences Might You Have Hands-on practice creating and bringing to life a full business strategy Working as part of a collaborative global team that partners closely with corporate functions and external vendors Entrepreneurial project management and responsive ways of working to allow for continuous test-and-learn for new ideas Exposure to new technologies, ways of working and trends and future disruptions in the worlds of luxury, retail, beauty and wellness, and client experiences The anticipated base salary range for this position is $47,400 through $100,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
