About the role:

CHANEL is looking for a FBB Market Director to join our team in South Florida. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team of Boutique Directors across multiple states, with a focus on owning and driving the business through creation of a high-performance and brand-focused culture, with an exceptional client and employee experience leading to increased sales and loyalty.

Retail Leadership & Team Development:


  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of Boutique Directors and build appropriate succession plans. Provide a key focus on elevation of leadership capabilities across the boutique management team
  • Support Boutique Directors in recruiting, coaching, and developing boutique teams
  • Assist in implementing performance feedback, coaching and succession plans
  • Conduct regular market visits to maintain visibility into day-to-day operations and team development
  • Partner with the Education team to execute training initiatives for retail teams


Client Experience & Development:


  • Support the execution of client experience programs, services, and events
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all locations
  • Assist in identifying community engagement opportunities and brand partnerships
  • Gather client insights and best practices to share with corporate teams
  • Support F&B in Fashion


Financial &Operations Performance:


  • Monitor key KPIs such as sales, traffic, and conversion to identify trends and opportunities
  • Partner with Boutique Directors to implement business-driving strategies
  • Support P&L management of boutique expenses and adherence to company policies
  • Ensure operational excellence for boutiques, including enforcement of policies, internal control procedures, audit and inventories, support for planning and execution of new store openings and events, and scheduling fairness and optimization

 Position Logistics:


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite
  • Prior leadership experience
  • 7 years of relevant experience
  • Home office set up, travel to points of sales/corporate offices
  • Travel requirement of approx. 50% - 75%
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

Compensation:


  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $133,000 through $167,700. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
