About The Role

CHANEL is looking for a Specialist of Account Development to join our Commercial Development Team in New York. You will contribute to driving strategic sales goals, developing partner relationships, supporting the execution of activations, and identifying new business opportunities. This role collaborates across teams and is a key contributor to the sales and marketing initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years of experience and a passion for negotiations, strategic planning, omnichannel strategies, and client engagement.

  • Recognize and support synergies among retailer account groupings.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to align with marketing and planning teams, advancing Chanel’s vision within specific retail partnerships.

Position Logistics:


  • Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation


  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 through $90,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
