Position:

The Product Support Representative is responsible for assisting Change Healthcare customers with the resolution of product questions related to industry leading Change Healthcare Solutions. This position responds to product application and/or healthcare data transaction questions from customers. The Product Support Representative analyzes problems to identify problem area(s) and recommends corrective action and solutions to customer questions. The position requires extensive interaction with Change Healthcare customers including healthcare insurance organizations, hospitals, vendors, and providers for the purpose of providing product usage or technical solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by taking ownership of requests, researching, analyzing, troubleshooting, and delivering appropriate resolution to customer inquiries
  • Adhere to customer service policies to ensure problems are resolved effectively and meets service level requirements
  • Conduct technical research on problems of diverse scope requiring detailed research and analysis of situations
  • Ensure completion of detailed documentation and issue coding to meet PHI compliance regulations
  • Manage backlog of issues for resolution

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of experience working with customers to troubleshoot technical issues
  • 1 years product applications support experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated experience working with details and documenting information
  • Proficient with MS Windows environment and MS Office programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of the US Healthcare system, and regulatory environment.
  • Billing or service experience in an Ambulatory or Acute environment
  • Understanding of Payer/Provider environment
  • HIPPA/PHI compliance regulations
  • Positive proactive, customer service attitude
  • Professional communication, critical thinking and problem-solving ability

    The base pay range for Colorado residents is $15.01 - $30.62 plus any relevant incentive pay programs that may be aligned to the role.
