Overview
Change Lanes Youth Support Services (Change Lanes) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager (PM) to oversee the execution of services for its Re-Entry Action for Youth program . The PM will serve as a supervisor to the care team, consisting of two Mentors and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The percentage of the Program Manager’s time spent on this program will be at minimum 20% FTE for every Mentor on the care team.
The Program Manager will have full authority to act for Change Lanes on all matters relating to the daily operations of the program, including:
- Ensuring that the Program follows all contractual requirements.
- Ensuring that the Program is implemented with fidelity and stays on track.
- Supervise the Mentors in addressing participant needs, adherence to program policy and procedures, conducting timely outreach and assessments and attendance in all required trainings and meetings.
- Coordinate with the county's staff on the provision of technical assistance, staff training, billing, data collection and program analysis
- Recruit and hire additional Mentors as needed.
- Hold regular care team meetings with staff to ensure that the program is running efficiently and staff is adhering to program policies and procedures.
