Essential Job Duties
- As an individual contributor, design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions for our SaaS platform
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and plan development sprints
- Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
- Identify and address technical debt and performance issues
- Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to the evolution of our SaaS platform architecture
- Actively participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our software development processes

Compensation
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $120,000-$130,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
This is a benefits-eligible position. HHAeXchange offers competitive health plans, paid time-off, company paid holidays, 401K retirement program with a Company elected match, including other company sponsored programs.
