Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies.
  • Negotiate terms of insurance contracts and coverage options with clients.
  • Administer benefits and assist clients in understanding their policy details.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Sales Background: Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Financial Preparedness: Ready to invest $200-$500 immediately.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Self-driven with a passion for success.
  • Adaptable Work Style: Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Legal Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $72,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
