Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies.
- Negotiate terms of insurance contracts and coverage options with clients.
- Administer benefits and assist clients in understanding their policy details.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
- Sales Background: Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Financial Preparedness: Ready to invest $200-$500 immediately.
