Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Boutique Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service and contribute to the achievement of our boutique’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on merchandise and facilitate purchase decisions.
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and tidy sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Stay informed about new products, trends, and company promotions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

The boutique is a subsidiary of Changed Lives Ministries, in which all proceeds go to support a free 13-week faith-based residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. The mission is to restore lives, harmed by addiction, through the redemptive power of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
